Work hard. Play a lot.

The Telesco Creative Group team works hard. We enjoy it. And as team we take care of each other and have each others backs. So it’s no different when it comes time for fun. Well, it’s the holiday season, which means we’re due for the annual “Telesco Creative Group Mystery Ingredient Festivus Menu.” Out of a hat we each choose a course and an ingredient. And then we get busy.  We should say we got busy. He’s how it went down.

The morning’s treats included Mike Telesco’s Gingerbread French Toast Strata along with Kim Simons’ Grapefruit Gin Fiz infused with Fennel Fronds. Can you guess what the mystery ingredients are?

Next up was lunch. Oh yeah. Susannah Gray can make a marinated, dressed—supercharged pork loin sandwich! She made the bread. She made the spread. Man it was good! Oh yeah—her secret ingredient was cranberry. She did cranberry proud. After a breather, Sherri Bray put up a most divine slice of rum-infused pound cake. It had rum in it—what is not to love. And she made it—so—BONUS!

Last up – the afternoon cocktail service, courtesy of Greg Meadows. Vodka, St. Germain, Casoni 1814 Aperitivo Liqueur and pomegranate juice – topped with a quick squeeze of blood orange and orange zest. Everyone got to keep the glass, in hopes that this cocktail thing really catches on.

Let us practice some more and then we’ll have you over. Happy New Year!
